Photo Sync Troubleshooting steps


  1. Verify both devices are connected to the same network

  2. Verify both computer and cell phone ACDSee programs are up to date

  3. Attempt to manually sync folders:

    1. Plug in phone to computer

    2. Select New photos

    3. Click upload

  4. Restart Cell phone and attempt again

  5. Restart Computer and attempt again


If all of these fail, put in a ticket to resolve the issue.
